1 hang squat snatch
1 squat snacth (T&G)
add weight every set up to @ 65-70%

INTERMIDIATE:

2 hang high pull (mid thigh)
1 hang power snatch
1 OHS

try adding weight with good technique!

BEGINNERS:
1 hang high pull (mid thigh)
1 hang power snatch/ hang muscle snatch
1 OHS

learn and practice the movement!

10 (squat snatch + OHS) 60/40 kg
* switch after every complex, 5 complexes each
