add weight every set up to @ 65-70%
INTERMIDIATE:

try adding weight with good technique!
BEGINNERS:
1 hang high pull (mid thigh)
1 hang power snatch/ hang muscle snatch
1 OHS

* switch after every complex, 5 complexes each
