1 Weighted squat
Every min add 1 rep, double unders/ or mountain climber until the end of the min.
If you can't complete the reps in a minute take 2 reps off and continue until the end of the time.

Evening WOD: 20 min AMRAP

10 V up
10 Jumping jack
10 Press ( 5 each arm)
