min 2= 8-12 TTB
min 3= 4-6 BMU
min 4= REST

GOAL is to perform quality reps, as technique brakes down scale the movements appropriately!

Scaling the V-ups:
 V-ups with bend knees
 V-ups (legs stays up)
staright leg raises

scaling the TTB:
kipping leg raises
kipping knees to chest
kipping movement only

scaling the BMU:
hips to bar
jumping BMU from box
burpee TTB/ knees to chest

METCON-AMRAP IN 20 MIN:

20 air squat
15 TTB
10 burpee
5 BMU
40 DU/40 high jumping SU/80 SU

GOAL= 5 rounds
