RX'S try going UNBROKEN on both movements( may use butterfly)

* rest 1-1.5 min between sets

INTERMIDIATE

4-6 C2B + 4-6 pull ups
try to complete the set, don't have to go unbroken.

BEGINNERS

4-6 pull ups/banded pull ups + 4-8 kipping movement only
